We will begin processing your request after you have submitted it online and once all required documentation as indicated on the form has been received. Once your information is complete your request may take up to 7 business days to be finalized; you may login here to check the status of your application at any time after its submission.
Please note that your request must be received prior to the Refund/Waiver deadline (below) for each term in order to be considered.
